Get trusted beneficiaries list

Use case

This method allows the AISP to retrieve customer"s trusted beneficiaries list through a GET /trustedBeneficiaries request, when the customer has given his consent.

This feature is unavailable yet, a call to this request will return a 405 HTTP code => this feature will not be available in 2020.
